"1984," is considered by some the greatest ad of all time...
Ridley Scott directed this Orwellian nightmare of
             tyranny and enslavement, suggesting the Big Brother and IBM were one and the
             same. Chiat/Day had difficulty selling it to Apple Computer, but the reluctant client
             relented for one spot on the Super Bowl and the Macintosh revolution was begun.

Released with much fanfare January 24, 1984, the Macintosh was the first affordable computer to include a Graphical User Interface. Discontinued October 1, 1985.

I also have a FAT MAC with 1 Meg. RAM, no picture because they look the same. Introduced September 10, 1984. Discontinued April 14, 1986, shortly after the introduction of the Mac Plus.
